As a service provider under German law, we are responsible for our own content in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG.

Under §§ 8–10 TMG, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

Liability arises only upon actual knowledge of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of such violations, we will remove the respective content without undue delay.
